Some of our customers were targeted with phishing emails recently. They look like emails from Contabo and ask for Contabo Customer Control Panel credentials. Please stay alert! Here is a small security reminder: 1) Never share login credentials with anyone 2) Contabo will never ask you for login details to the Customer Control Panel 3) Check if you are on contabo.com or my.contabo.com when entering your login credentials on a website 4) Enable 2-factor authentication for your Customer Control Panel

Due to maintenance works of one of our carriers, a few IPs of our network in the Düsseldorf data center will be temporarily unavailable in this timeframe. All other IPs/services/etc. will remain available. The unavailability for the IPs only affects the internet uplink, your server/VPS/VDS will remain powered on the whole time and the affected IPs will be usable again immediately upon completion of the maintenance. This maintenance will not cause a reboot of your server or VPS.
