13.03.2021 02:39 pm (UTC+1) Connection Issues Related to Servers with Windows 2012
Microsoft has released a patch for Windows 2012 which has caused a problem with RDP and VNC among other things. VPS and VDS running Windows 2012 as the operating system can have issues and one might not be able to access these servers (Dedicated Servers with Windows 2012 and in general all server types running different operating systems are not affected at all).
VPS: We have implemented a quick remedy for VPS, but for it to work your VPS needs to be stopped and then started (just restarting will not solve the issue). Please perform this on your own in your Customer Control Panel as we want to avoid loss of data / interruption of services that can occur if we stop your server.
VDS: If you expect issues with your VDS, please contact our support team, and we will assist you.
